How To Shop With Us
1. Search for a Product
- On our main menu navigation, look for the product category.
- Product Category :
- Body theory
- MBH Exclusive Package
- Monthly Special
- Click on the product you wish to buy.
2. Add to cart
- On each product page, there will be a detailed product description.
- Choose the quantity and click Add to Cart.
- Each time a product is added into a cart, there will be a notification appears just above the product.
- e.g. : “Dermaklair Acne Set” has been added to your cart
- A pop up also will appear on the right side of the page so you can view how many item in your cart.
- Click Cart to view the cart.
3. View Cart & Checkout
- Check your cart details. If you change the quantity, click Update Cart.
- Use coupon code and click Apply Coupon, if you have any.
- Cart Totals will show your total, excluding shipping.
- Click Proceed to Checkout.
- Alternatively, you can click Checkout on the topmost of the page.
4. Insert Your Data
- Fill in the form given for shipping information
- If your shipping address is different than your billing address, select Ship To A Different Address.
- Shipping will be calculated automatically according to your location.
- For an easy and secure payment, we use Billplz. It is a payment gateway accepting payment via most Malaysian online banking such as FPX, CIMBClicks, Maybank2u, RHB Now, Bank Islam, etc., without any extra charges – you pay only the total.
- Click Pay with Billplz.
5. Make Your Payment
- After placing the order, you will be directed to Billplz Payment Gateway.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Click Pay and you will be re-directed to the online banking site of your choice.
- Login to your online banking account and proceed per instructions.
- When payment is complete, log out from your online banking site.
- Finally, you will receive an e-mail with your receipt, confirming your order.

Where do you deliver and how much it cost?
We deliver nationwide! Shipping fees depending on the delivery location based on the shipping rate imposed by PosLaju National Courier or Pos Malaysia Berhad.
What kind of shipping method do you offer?

- Peninsular Malaysia / Sabah / Sarawak : PosLaju National Courier
How long does delivery take?
- Peninsular Malaysia : 3 – 5 business days with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.
- Sabah / Sarawak : 3 – 7 business days with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.
How can I get my shipping information?
After you have placed an order, you can whatsapp our customer service at 011-6119 6194 and you will get your tracking number once your order payment has been received.
My items haven’t been received yet. What should I do?
If your items have still not arrived, don’t worry. You can track the transit status of your order by clicking the following link; http://poslaju.com.my/track.aspx. If you wish to speak to a PosLaju customer service representative, they can also be contacted at 1300 300 300 or +603-50399000.
My order is not delivered/missing. I want a refund!
If this does happen, kindly email us your order detail information to firstname.lastname@example.org. Information required:
- Order ID number
- Customer’s name
- Customer’s contact number
We will assist in checking the status of your parcel and claim the refund from PosLaju. The process of refunding will take about 2 months, however, we realise that is still quite a long time to wait, so we will try our very best to speed up the process as fast as we can!
I received my order, but one of the items is missing. What should I do?
If this happens, kindly email us your order detail information to email@example.com. Information required:
- Item missing code
- Order ID number
- Photo of received items
- Customer’s contact number
You have to tell us about the missing item within 2 weeks of receiving your parcel. You will have to ship the items back to us, and we will try to give the complete order back to you as quickly as possible. If you would like a refund instead, the process will take about 2 months. Again, we don’t like to keep our customers waiting, so we will try our very best to speed the process up!
Where should I ship my order to?
Its up to your choice/convenience either to your home or office address. But please ensure there is someone who would be able to standby at that address by the moment PosLaju delivers the parcel. In the event of no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest PosLaju office or sent back to us. We WOULD NOT REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel returned to us due unavailability of customer by the time parcel delivered. You have to bare the shipping cost for second time shipping.
